Holistic Healing
Clare has been a holistic therapist for over 25 years' and she channels the universal energies to help and heal. As an Advanced Reiki Master,she is qualified in Usui and Tibetan Reiki, Angel Reiki, Crystal Reiki, and Angel healing Guided Meditations and Crystal Healing. Drawing on her years of experience and professional practice as a double Reiki Master in both Usui and Tibetan Reiki, Clare has presented at conferences and conducted workshops dealing with Stress and energy-balancing through Reiki in the Middle East and Europe.
Complementary Care
Having qualified as a Pharmacologist from Ninewells Hospital at the University of Dundee, Dr.Michael has used his knowledge of the effects of toxicity on the human anatomy and physiology to seek complementary approaches to health care that seek to minimize drug use. He has worked as a teacher and theatre director, and, whilst engaged at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, he developed his lifelong interest in posture, poise and balance through the synthesis of mind/body harmony through yoga and the Alexander Technique. He has a doctorate in knowledge management and practices yoga and meditation as channels for connecting mind and body to relieve stress, improve concentration and assist in the realisation of life’s goals.
